Monday Memoirs: Fashion 4 Cause, Concerts and a Coach Video

I woke up this Monday a.m. feeling re-energized and grateful after getting through an exciting whirlwind of putting the finishing touches on several projects last week. I wrapped up the Breast Cancer 4 a Cause campaign photo shoots which features 27 Miami Fashion Bloggers wearing a tee I designed to help raise money for breast cancer. It was a 3-day process that took place at the Shelborne hotel in Miami Beach and my friend, Getty photographer, Alexander Tamargo snapped up the photos. I can’t wait for all of you to see how amazing these ladies all look. The campaign goes live October 4 on the blogosphere and will be on exhibit October 13 during Wynwood Art Walk at a giant pop up called Wynwood Squat which is by the creators of the The District Factory. You’ll be able to purchase the $25 tee we are all wearing which benefits The Florida Foundation for Breast Cancer. This weekend I also got to wrap up the 1 minute video for my partnership with Coach’s Fall Sunwear campaign. Award winning Miami director Fro Rojas directed it and it airs October 10. I’m honored to have worked with him. He’s so brilliant. In between, the projects, writing gigs, hosting an event, I managed to squeeze in some “me” time by doing one of the things I love most: listening to music and dancing. For this, I headed out to see M83 and Metric in concert and boy was I one happy blogger.
