Today’s Room Service is all about where to nosh while keeping your fashion figure. Welcome to DB Bistro Moderne Miami in Brickell. I’m rather finicky when it comes to dining. If it doesn’t have healthy alternatives, I tend to skip the resto, but DB Bistro Moderne Miami offers fashionistas perfect low calorie and natural choices that are delicious, filling and good for your body. I started off with a chilled melon soup which was delectable. I seriously wish I could’ve ordered a second to take home with me. It was refreshing and light. Then, I moved onto a marinated tomato salad which featured an assortment of tomatoes sprinkled with polenta, thin ricotta slices and basil. It was perfect. A glimpse at the desert menu and my diet went downhill. I’m a chocoholic and could not say no to the Black Forest Cake which has pistachio mousse sautéed cherries and blackened almond ice cream.
